We've put various measures in place to try to ensure the health and safety of our holidaymakers and staff such as:
- Completed the 'We're Good to Go' online training.
- Completed a risk assessment (fortunately due to our location, low staff numbers and sole occupancy rules we're pretty low risk).
- Removed what we consider to be non-essential items from the property e.g. books, games, DVDs and cushions. But don't worry, you should still have plenty to entertain you, and bedding, towels etc. are still provided.
- Partially divided the shared garden area and provided a second outdoor seating area.
- Altered our check in / check out times for the time being to allow extra time for cleaning (now check in from 4pm and check out by 10am) HOWEVER, where there are no back-to-back bookings we are happy to be flexible on these times if you contact us in advance.
- Provided hand sanitiser in each property.
- Changed some consumables to single use so that they can be replaced between guests.
- Asked holidaymakers to strip the duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases from beds and place in bags with towels so that these can be more safely removed by staff.
- Continued to operate a remote check in / out by leaving keys in a box outside the property which there is a code for given out a few days before when the holidaymaker contacts us to confirm approximate arrival time. We will not disturb you during your stay but our contact details are in the single-use information pack in each property.
